Dr. Erika E. Dixon, DNP, AGNP, AGPCNP
Erika is a board-certified adult-geriatric nurse practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience. She has a strong background in primary care and home based medicine. She has passion for home based medicine and ensuring patients health and needs are met in a comfortable environment. Dr. Dixon earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a focus on Adult-Geriatric primary care medicine at the University of South Alabama. She started Health to Home Medical Services to provide patients with a personalized approach of their medical, social and spiritual needs.
Nina Rickey-Sharek, MSN, FNP
Nina is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 18 years nursing experience and over 30 years in emergency medical services as a paramedic. She began her nursing career at University of Maryland Medical Center in the Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit, spent 5 years on University of Maryland’s flight team. She earned her Master of Nursing Practice degree with a focus on Family primary care medicine at Columbus State University. She has a love for the geriatric population and believes in meeting the patients and families where they are and supporting them as best she can. She has a passion to provide care to patients in their homes with a holistic approach not only addressing their medical needs but also the mental, social, spiritual needs of the patient and their family.
